Mark is the President of Smith-Roberts Land Services, Inc. (SRLS) and has over twenty years of experience in all aspects of the Right of Way industry. Prior to becoming President of Smith-Roberts in 1995, Mark enjoyed a successful ten year career with another national field services company and prior to that worked with the Western Farmers Electric Cooperative for four years. Mark has managed numerous high profile transportation projects throughout Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas and Utah for both private and public sector clients. He holds the IRWA SR/WA designation and is a past Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Right of Way Consultants Council. Mark is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

James R. "Jim" Duncan
Chief Financial Officer
Jim has over forty years of experience in corporate management, accounting, marketing, MIS operations and MIS management. Prior to joining SRLS in 2000, he was the President and owner of Duncan Enterprises, Inc. for eighteen years. He also served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for three other companies: SWLG, a national company that developed and distributed the nation's first non-fat dietary ice cream; Life Trends, a nutrition and fitness company; and AMS, a national marketing company. While at AMS, Jim was responsible for a financial turn-around and developed a marketing plan that resulted in AMS becoming a multi-million dollar company and one of the fastest growing companies in the nation. Jim attended Southern Methodist University and then transferred to the University of Oklahoma.

Paul Koenig
Manager, Operations and Marketing
Paul brings more than nineteen years of operations and marketing experience to SRLS. He is responsible for all aspects of the marketing strategies and activities nationwide. In addition, he leads the strategic operations team as the Manager of Operations. Before joining SRLS, Paul was the Director of Customer Support as well as the Director of Sales at CL Boyd, an Oklahoma construction equipment sales and service firm. While at CL Boyd, Paul was responsible for all aspects of product plans and strategy, product marketing, and corporate marketing. Before working at CL Boyd, he spent more than fifteen years at Wells Fargo, where he held a number of marketing and management positions. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.

Sandra D. Bowen
SR/WA, RW-RAC, Manager, Right of Way Operations
Sandra brings more than eleven years of Right of Way and Real Estate experience to SRLS. She has been instrumental in a multitude of projects ranging from Highway Projects to Airport Expansions as well as a large Cemetery Relocation project. Before coming to SRLS she was working as the Deputy Right of Way Manager with O.R. Colan & Associates on the DFW Connector Project in Texas. In that role she was in charge of ensuring that all documents met Federal guidelines prior to submission to TxDOT in addition to managing the Right of Way efforts of assigned agents. Sandra is a well-rounded real estate professional. She is Relocation Certified as well as holds her SR-WA Certification through the International Right of Way Association. She also holds a Texas Real Estate License, and is a member of Chapter 74 of the International Right of Way Association. Sandra currently works for SRLS as a Manager in charge of Right of Way Operations in Oklahoma. Under this role she provides management to the Right of Way teams currently working on projects in Oklahoma.
