Founded in 1995, SRLS has been providing a variety of land services to an impressive list of satisfied clients throughout the United States. Our corporate offices are located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with additional offices located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and divisional offices (SRLS Texas, LLC) located in Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Austin, Texas; and Fort Worth, Texas. With over 200 years of experience, the management staff of SRLS has acquired over 4,000 parcels of land and has relocated approximately 1,100 residential and commercial businesses on behalf of Federal, State and local public agencies across the States. SRLS has assisted State and local public agencies in the acquisition of property for transportation and public works projects, including federal-aid programs sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration. We are knowledgeable of the Federal Regulations and policies required for public land acquisition and relocation under the provisions of the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended. Staff associated with SRLS includes licensed and certified appraisers, relocation agents and specialists, acquisition agents, project managers, utility relocation specialists, title specialists, attorneys, surveyors, draftspersons, and support staff.
